WELCOME TO MY MYMUMMYFITNESS

'Making Mumma Strong From the Inside to the Out.'

Yes this place is about you. Motherhood can be quite overwhelming especially for the first time. There are a lot of demands physically and mentally which are not talked enough about especially in you early postnatal days. Once we have our baby we are just left on our own not having a clue what actually happens to our body after birth(Inside and out).
Not only is exercise good to make your body strong but it does wonders for your mental health. If anyone deserves to look and feel good it is you..Prepare for your birth and for those multitasking moments; carrying baby in one hand whilst cooking with the other and doing laundry with your feet (I'm just playing).

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment, especially when you are a mummy. It can be an amazing and empowering life changing decision that any mum can achieve. I am a mother of two boys and completely understand the demands of motherhood, which is why I choose to encourage, support and inspire all mothers-to-be and postnatal mothers no matter how old your child is, You are welcome here.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Kimmy

Welcome to my world. The mummy life of two beautiful boys. I have been in the fitness industry for about 9 years and developed my passion in pre&postnatal health and fitness whilst pregnant with my first son(about 5 years ago). Textbooks can feed you what science has proven but experience can enable you to relate/do/be Your work.

I am the proof that us mummies can get abs too... my genetics are pants' but my motivation and will power is endless- to be honest when your mum you need to let off steam- and this is a healthy way to do so. I love working with mummies/mums-to-be. I understand the pressures, how demanding motherhood is and can get. I lose the plot, I live in parks (not literally-but we are always there), and I clean up 100 times a day. Motherhood is amazing, your babies will teach you to love like you have never loved before. This is me, a real superhero... not just a mum but trying to always be Kimmy too.
